I clearly booked a sea view room, but I don't know why it wasn't arranged. It's hard to find a hotel. The sanitary conditions are so bad. The facilities are old. It's also very noisy in the city. The hotel keeps playing music. I'm really speechless. The hygiene is really bad. The sheets are black and there are a lot of unknown colored liquids dried on them.

Very strategic location. Close to the mall and a 5 minute walk to Megamas. Siloam Hospital is also close by.
I ordered 1 deluxe room (non smoking) but when I checked in there were only smoking rooms. The smell of cigarettes is very strong. The hotel should have anticipated the strong smell of cigarettes, even in the hotel hallway.
During checkout time, I got 3 calls from the receptionist only a few seconds apart. When I wanted to eat at the restaurant (paid), there was 1 female employee who was not friendly.

the location is very strategic right at the town center. The hotel is a bit old but well maintain and very spacious. I love the views from the hotel overlook beautiful mountain hill and ocean. Only thing lack is the choices of food and dining very limited.
