Holiday Inn Hotels in Managua

My biggest mistake was to rent this place. and this that your advertising is very good. but NOT THAT WERE TO see! . first error is that your location in Airbnb is bad. sends you to another address that is not. I continue to call Reception to ask for location because I am not from Managua. and they never sent it to me. I decided to search on the internet and finally arrived. when I came to reception the young woman was chatting and without saying hello he told me ”wait”. I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. I work in Hoteleria and I understand sometimes there are errors. but it is. it's important to fix them but it wasn't that way, the poor in attention, in accommodation and in tracking I suggest NOT GO TO THE SITE. it's not hotel. maybe it's Hostal. and if you can check out my profile I've never had a problem with my renters as well as where I've got Host. I hope to overcome. or close! Erick M

A nice hotel in Managua located right next to the Metromall. It's a all around decent hotel but nothing spectacular. I liked that they offer a taxi service which is able to be charged to your room or through credit card. The business center is nice with 3 computers to use. I did not like that they did not have any bottled water at the front desk when I asked for some as you can't drink the tap water in Managua.

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

I wish I could rate this hotel 0 star in fact. That wouldn’t be right to some of the employees there. This hotel has been a disaster since my family came here for vacation & to visit family. They have completely ignored our request to clean the room on multiple occasions. Even when I informed them I found a cockroach in the bathroom tub. The AC feels like it’s not functioning properly. Even when we called the maintenance worker, the room doesn’t feel cool. We had 2 rooms 503 & 514. All this happened within the first 3 days of our family vacation & still had 3 more days to go. The lights & the water seem to turn off randomly at times during our stay. It happened when I was taking a shower & another when my mom was using the bathroom. They had another moment when the lights went off again. Also when taking a shower the hot & cold water seem to come out randomly if both knobs were turned on it keep a combination of the temperatures. It took good amount of calling the front desk to make sure things would even work a regular standard hotel experience, let alone a the Hilton name.The one saving grace is not the front desk it surely isn’t, it’s the workers, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff. They were friendlier & more attentive to our concerns. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel ever again. STAY AWAY !!!!! Did not BRING ANY VALUE TO MY FAMILY VACATION.

Highly recommend this place for anyone who has to deal with the Managua airport. I had a 6am flight, and this hotel includes breakfast starting at 4am, and was only a 5 miniute drive to the terminal. It is also in a gated neighborhood, which made me feel a lot better after seeing the streets of Managua. Food was okay, they have a bar. Room pretty basic but nice enough. Very impressed by how easy and safe this hotel is for a layover in Managua

Recommended lake view room, the scenery outside the window is about 2 kilometers of Managua Lake. Wherever it is, Managua is small. I heard that the boss is a Taiwanese. There is also a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel.
