Nice place for relaxing holiday. Good landscape. All the staffs are friendly. Service staff are very friendly . Special mention to Sanjay Dutt , Khemraj , Nikhil and Ram Prakash were too professional and attended to us and kids with lots of care. We did see some customers were misbehaving still the staff were very courteous and never made a face. They attended to them with calmness. Live counters were something we looked forward everyday. Estate has very good garden and covered with flowers which cheered us every day. Housekeeping staff were good too. Overall best place for holiday with family and friends The overall experience was good. Indeed we witnessed some customers were behaving rude and staff handled them with care too. Areas of improvement I would say housekeeping timing could be better and the bathroom has no air vent so bathroom freshener is a must. Thanks for all the help and good hospitality.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Ambience, nature , rooms everything is good. We enjoyed our stay throuput. Food was great. Variety of food choices available. Scenic view from the room. Big estate to explore. Great service. Staff are friendly. Live music is there twice a week which makes it perfect for dinner time

One should experience this property.!Swimming pool should water should be bit warmer and although food is very tasty but or improve ho sakta hai specially in Thai cuisine. Staff is very helpful and friendly . Rooms were clean and location is perfect .

I have a lot to mention - ALL GOOD though. Starting with my booking and stay - It was very convenient to book. We reached quite late to the resort on the day of my booking, it was so convenient and they made sure family is settled while formalities of check in are being taken care of. Did not have any hassle or discomfort of any form to my family of senior citizens and kids during the check in or my entire stay. Absolutely lovely staff under the leadership of Mr Ajesh right from bell boy to reception staff (Arpita and others), to restaurant staff (Mr Rajesh, Mr Kannan and others), housekeeping staff, every member of their resort. with our 4 days of stay had experiences with all kind of services and have nothing to complain at all. Food was pretty standard list of items but they were good. huge spread in breakfast buffet catering to all the age groups. Place had such a wonderful cozy play area for both my kids, we also utilized the indoor play which was also quite comforting for us. 2 major incidents to mention - 1. we were to travel to Rohtang early in the morning and Mr Ajesh was kind enough to arrange take away breakfast as early as 5:30 AM in the morning which was just amazing. 2. unfortunately we had to arrange a rental car last minute for travel from Manali to Jalandhar, Mr Ajesh again left no stone unturned to help us arrange the transport. The travel was very smooth with the person arranged. Again - many thanks for the wonderful and comfortable stay and going beyond!!!!!

The place is lavish and beautiful. It has everything one needs to entertain themselves. We spent half of our day just in the premises of the hotel exploring. They also arrange a candle light dinner and decorated out room as well. Absolutely ❤️.

It was wonderful to experience this property after a tiring 3 day trip from extreme mountains of lahaul region. As this trip was with family, this property helped in relaxing. Must stay property in manali. And on the way to atal tunnel. So people can cut a bit of hassle to travel ahead.

The property is built on a hill top and it is worth every penny paid for. We booked deluxe suite rooms which had a separate living area. Our kids enjoyed the balcony view the most. They had a rabbit and duck feeding session which our kids loved. We left early morning for our Rohtang visit and the management staff suggested us to take packed breakfast *****. So they were themselves recommending us a lot of things which we appreciated. Cons - The food was just ok - they claim they have a heated swimming pool. And it was one of our main consideration point for booking this property. In actuality they have some kind of solar heating system which I don’t know how it works. We couldn’t use the pool in any of our 4 days of stay Top Recommendation - There was a special arrangement of a family picnic which was at a distance of about 15-20 mins from the property and we had to trek for it. It’s a must do if you are Visitng this property. Mr. Ajesh Thakur from the reception team was excellent. All in all pretty satisfying stay and most recommended for your next Manali Trip.

Ajesh Thakur and his team from Reception dept guided me very well from booking confirmation time till my arrival and during my stay as well. Mr Kashyap ji and Mr. Kanchan Dogra ji are such a gems of this property. Mr. Kashyap ji guided me and provide me all accurate info of near about sight seeing points which helped me a lot in my daily plan of sight seeing. Kanchan ji and his team are so helpful and kind to serve and take care of guest round the clock and make the guest stay more comfortable. Also, Sanjay Kapoor from Housekeeping team are such a supportive guy who follow up your room problems from their end even if u forget. Last but not least over all property location and it's ambience is so amazing that everyone will love it. Strongly recommend this place!!
