Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Bett ist hart, was ich aber mag. In der Küche sind keinerlei Gegenstände vorhanden. Keine Teller, Gläser oder Besteck. Im Zimmer gibt es keinerlei Information zu dem Hotel, Spa, Öffnungszeiten etc. Wirkt alles so, als hätte das Hotel gerade erst geöffnet. Die zuvor gebuchte und bezahlte Minibar ist ein Witz. Von dem Besuch im Restaurant Mondo kann ich nur abraten. Essen war geschmacklich okay. Aber leider bin ich krank geworden.

A very bad experience in such hotel calling itself 5 stars hotel. In my experience i can compare it to 2-3 stars hotels but for 5 stars ones it isnt comparable : staff - rooms - cleanliness - restaurant - facilities. If you compare it with 5 stars hotels in same price category in Bahrain all of them had better quality in everything comparing to Diplomat Radisson blu

As you can see in the texts that is the scariest shower ever and it doesn’t even look that cool. The design is obviously so terrible that whoever created this nigh**are should career change.

I am a VIP member enjoying free upgrade, free breakfast, & early checkin late checkout. What can I say, it's a very comfortable bed sparkling clean all over. Well, to me their food is ok. Staff is very welcoming it's a shame I can't recall names but I found none with bad behavior. The SPA is definitely worth a visit and thumbs up for Sofia & Mary seriously both are talented people their trea**ent is state-of-the-art. Take the full package though.

Good City hotel with accesibility with good international cuisine for Lunch and Dinner. The Residence wing is Good and perfect for 2 to 3 familes travelling together. Good spaces rooms. And good for business and lesiure travellers. It was a good stay.
