"A hotel in the heart of Manama, close to all tourist attractions and shopping malls. The reception was good. This isn't my first experience at the hotel; previous stays were better. However, during my last stay, the hotel's name changed, and unfortunately, the management, cleanliness, and services deteriorated. The cleanliness was zero, the apartment smelled terrible, and basic amenities like towels, slippers, soap, and toothbrushes were lacking. Even a kettle and iron were unavailable. Despite repeatedly requesting these things, no one responded. My stay was extremely unpleasant, and unfortunately, this will be my last time staying at this hotel."

"This hotel is right in the city center. There are several attractions nearby, which can be reached by walking. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a rooftop lounge on the top floor of the hotel, but it was too cold for us. The accommodation experience in the hotel is very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. We also chartered a large car from the hotel for a day trip to Bahrain. The overall experience was very good."

The reception staff are very respectful and helpful, especially Mohammed Bahraini and Abdul Karim Masri. The hotel offers a varied breakfast, with different main dishes served almost daily. Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service. It was a wonderful experience and worth repeating. Important note: Some rooms on the website are listed as accessible for people with special needs. Do not book them if you are not in a category that requires this, as they are generally not suitable for the average person in terms of closets, bathrooms, and beds. I hope the website will note this by stating that they are only for people with special needs. Thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Abdul Karim, for upgrading my room as soon as he learned of the notice. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise and upgraded me, which made me very happy and made me permanently add the hotel to my favorites list and join Hilton membership.
