"⭐️ 1 Star Review I’ve been a loyal customer at Captain Jack Bar for over 5 years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived during Happy Hour around 8 PM. I stepped into the restroom for one minute, and when I came back, the new Indian staff member wearing a tie refused to apply the discount, even though we were already there on time. The previous management always respected regular customers, but this new staff member handled the situation very poorly. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back until the customer service improves."

"I don't have many reviews for hotels, but for the sake of reference for Chinese people coming to Bahrain, I can provide some information: 1. The hygiene is pretty good, but the service is very slow: you asked for slippers, but I added three buckets and couldn't get them. I really don't have them. The solution is to go down and ask for them, but they say they don’t have slippers and they need to wait. I feel dizzy. Why didn’t you tell me earlier? 2. There seems to be only one person cleaning the room, so I simply don’t let him clean it. I only get two bottles of water. , but after urging three times, I went to the front desk to get it myself, so I decided to change rooms; 3. I went to the Bahrain International Hotel next door and saw that it was much taller, a standard four-star standard, and the room was 30 square meters. , equivalent to a domestic suite. As a result, the price was a little lower (less than RMB 400 if booked with Ctrip in advance), and the service was very good and timely. To talk about something else, Bahrain belongs to the back garden of Saudi Arabia, but the hotel is actually relatively affordable (of course, the hotels above five stars are still more expensive), provided that it does not happen to be a weekend or holiday and you have not made a reservation in advance (they are closed on Fridays and Saturdays) ); 2. Ctrip’s price is okay, even better than the price you pay for a day at the store. It’s just that rooms are sometimes available, but not necessarily on Ctrip."
