Downtown Rotana
"This hotel is right in the city center. There are several attractions nearby, which can be reached by walking. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a rooftop lounge on the top floor of the hotel, but it was too cold for us. The accommodation experience in the hotel is very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. We also chartered a large car from the hotel for a day trip to Bahrain. The overall experience was very good."

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain
"My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is elegant, luxurious, and maintained to the highest standards, making every moment of my stay enjoyable and memorable. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service provided by the team. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mika, the Quality Supervisor, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guest satisfaction were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would also like to thank Qasim and Adel at the front desk. Both were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and efficient. Their warm hospitality, willingness to help, and friendly attitude made me feel valued throughout my stay. This level of service is exactly what defines true luxury hospitality. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to returning again soon. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special!"

The K Hotel, WorldHotels Distinctive
"Very nice hotel"
Farhan Tower
"The good first - well located hotel with walking distance to the Al Fateh Grand Mosque and the employees try their best to be friendly and helpful. The room itself was ok, it had some issues with the bathroom and the staff fixed it when they were informed of it. So we were fine with the room and we got a room with a nice view of the Mosque and the city, which was nice. Getting taxis also was not an issue there if you were using uber. The bad part - Wait till for check in is horrendous. While we were waiting for check in, there were loud arguments with other guests who had been waiting for more than an hour or two for check in. Even cleaning of our room commenced only after we checked it at the front desk and we had to store our luggage and wait. The check out is at 2pm for guests and speaking to the front desk, we realized that even that late check out rule is not firmly enforced due to which inordinate delays prevent new customers from checking in. Have a check out time at 12pm and enforce it and allow people to check in at the correct time. They however did offer us some free soup to compensate for our delay in getting our room, which was good. Breakfast is ok and does not have much variety for vegetarians, and if anything is over or empty, it is not filled unless you ask for it. Green tea packets are very few and on asking for refill, we were told that there were no more and they did not get them the next day we were there either. Breakfast is till 1 pm, so if you go in time in the morning, half the things are still not set up. The management for both the front desk operations and the kitchen needs to do a better job. Though the employees try their best to help, it seems like they have given up by being overwhelmed with things. One of the morning while we were having breakfast there was loud yelling with a scruffy looking man fighting with the reception and he just came and sat down at the breakfast area all huffed up and shouting and the staff did not do anything about it. It was a bit scary actually. Very lackadaisical attitude of the staff, which is surprising since they genuinely seem to want to help the guest and actually help you if you ask them, but I think the set up of the upper management is such that the hotel is poorly managed."
Elite Seef Residence and Hotel
"Breakfast at Julio's Main Restaurant is enjoyable with a nice variety of fresh dishes. The staff are, Sunny , Naushad welcoming and courteous, providing excellent service throughout. A warm and comfortable place to begin your morning."
