As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the room was fully booked. Secondly, the furniture and facilities in the room were very old and needed to be renovated. The most terrible thing is that I live on the 5th floor. The hotel's 360Bar said it would close at 2 o'clock, but it turned out that the music was still playing until 4 or 5 o'clock that night, and the whole room was vibrating! Can't sleep at all!

Good hotel for the price. Rooms are big but outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean. Only stayed for a night but it was better than expected. Location is also close to main attractions.

property was nice, some limitations with language while ordering food and drinks at the pool. Music at the pool in the middle of the day was awful foul language and content, which may have been ok for a club not something you want to listen to while trying to relax

I believe kitchenette would hot plate or the like
Including pots and pans utinsel and plate.
It didn't have..though staff did bring hot plate for cooking but no plate or the bear minimum

The accommodation was fair but the food was of poor quality with a very limited options and the indian receptionist man in the black suit had a bad attitude since i arrived till i departed, the hotel doesn't have a buffet aswell so the service team will send the food directly to your room without bearing in mind Wether you are a vegetarian or you have allergies towards some foods.
