I stayed in the grove with my friend, i liked the hotel location since it is near the sea and u have a free access to solymar. I tried their breakfast buffet it was very good the food tasted fresh. The rooms were clean but they only provide us with 2 large towels. They have a swimming pool in the rooftop, the pool view was the best. I didn’t like the parking spot u need to park in the first or 9 floor to enter the building. But over all family and couples recommended.

The hotel is located on Amwaj Island, not directly on the beach, but there are rooms overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception was excellent and they gave us an upgrade to rooms overlooking the sea, but please make sure there is no smell of cigarettes even though the room is non-smoking.

Pretty good. The surrounding environment is very good. Very close to the airport It's also very close to the seaside. It's a good choice to take a leisurely walk.

Comfortable hotel away from noise. The reception was very helpful. They have great flexibility

big room, big bed free parking The most impressive thing is the breakfast. English breakfast. Taste good and variety. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is first-class. We stayed for a few days and my brother remembered that we wanted hot milk. Needless to say, he served it for us directly.

Transfer to Abu Dhabi, just make do with one night

Stayed over for a day due to flight delay. Hotel itself is really nice. Big spacious rooms especially the premium suite type ones. Good was good too. Pool was decent although maybe a bit small in peak season. Only problem is it’s in the middle of nowhere in the middle of a building site. Also once the land is built on opposite the hotel there will be no sea views.

We are staying here for 2 nights with family No stocks of basic amenities ! Stay is a nightmare! They don’t have black tea to drink! We asked a couple of times but they refused to have it! Even their waiters and receptionist Mohammed are very rude to respond and no humility is shown!

We liked staying there. They granted all our special requests. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of varieties.

The parking garage sucks, I had to walk all the way back down with our luggage because there was no access to the hotel from the parking garage. The towels had hairs on them so I had to get them changed. The hallways were a little dark and creepy.

I spent top dollar for the presidential suite only to get there and deal with malfunctioning equipment. The tvs cannot link to the WiFi or your phone, you cannot hear the doorbell from the bedroom, the jacuzzi jets did not work nor did the shower head on it…the water did not get warm enough, the curtains did not open and close with the remote and you couldn’t open them by hand. The minbar was completely empty and the kitchenette area was pointless…no full sized fridge. There weren’t enough power outlets near the bed, the master toilet remote did not work and room service constantly forgot about our orders. I had to call maintenance at least 3 times that first night…if you are considering anything above a standard room, it is not worth your money. You will be disappointed.

Very good hotel friendly staff expecally I remember the name Prince housekeeping supervisor he made our stay wonderful we will come back again and the front office team was very good Rawa and muneer they are good

We booked this hotel for a 2 days leisure trip from Doha and it was such a disappointment. First, the pictures were misleading giving the impression of a nice beach resort when is reality the hotel is nowhere near the beach and they don’t arrange transportation to the beach which is 10-15 min walking in scorching heat. Second, the nice ocean view that we paid for is actually 90% a terrain with trash on it and only after that the marina, not at all picturesque. The rooftop swimming pool (which closes at 7pm) is tiny and half covered and the view to the marina is through a wall of dirty glass. We went there during the working hours and there was no service, no towels and no employee at the swimming pool or at the bar. Now the room although clean is modest to say the least and definitely not a 5 star: hardly any amenities, no bathrobe (only the cheapest slippers), minibar had only 2 bottles of water, basic bath products of low quality, no ironing facilities. We tried to arrange a tour at the tourism corner of the hotel which proved to be a real challenge, as they would as you to design the tour and they will arrange for a driver and no guide. And the cherry on top was trying to discuss plant-based breakfast options with the kitchen, which quickly turned into a really bad joke. Overall it was a bad experience, really frustrating, that ruined our short vacation.
