Room had beautiful stone & tile work; it was very conveniently located. The mattress has a metal spring sticking thru. There was some black mold starting in the bathroom. A full refresh is needed with a new mattress.

Come for the area, not the stay. Beds were uncomfortable, sink in the bathroom leaked. Was difficult to access the property, as well as the communication for check-in

Unit was clean. There was no toilet seat, shower head did not work properly, twin bed was very uncomfortable. Most disappointing was lack of communication from owner prior to arrival. I sent several messages the week prior to arrival with no response. I finally reached him the night before via telephone. Instructions to get into unit were very good.

No cleaning service was provided despite Giovanni statins there would be. No toilet paper or additional soap was available.

This property is all about the location which is great! The view from the seaside room is outstanding! There is parking available outside of town which is close to the room and downhill from the parking lot but I would advice packing light and it is a trek carrying your luggage back up to the vehicle. If you come in by train, the trek up to the room with you luggage will be the hard part with the walk back down to the train much easier. Giovanni’s communication at check-in was great as he sent me a video illustrating how to walk to the room from the Bell Tower however I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at check-out and ended up just leaving the keys in the room which seemed to work fine. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had basic amenities. Luckily it was for one night only! Compared to other apar**ents rented in the same period, we had coffee and sometimes water which is appreciated when you arrive in the evening. the access to the appartement was not easy and had to park the car far. the place had no shops around. If you want to stay in cinq terre, i would recommend another village.

Attirate dalla bellezza delle camere abbiamo prenotato una notte per 10 persone tramite booking . Il giorno prima della partenza ci è stato proposto di pagare in contanti per ricevere uno sconto. All'arrivo, con molta amarezza, 7 di noi sono state accompagnate in un evidente appartamento di fortuna, malandato e molto vecchio, assolutamente non presente nelle immagini di booking. Se prenotate assicuratevi di non essere fregati.

Camera molto carina e abbastanza moderna, posto nel centro di manarola, il proprio cortese e anche per il parcheggio ha pensato tutto lui,sempre disponibile e attento... locale pulito e silenzioso... Anche se non c'è la colazione ma nei dintorni c'è tutto
