"We had to climb a steep hill to the hotel. I was out of breath. I was worried if I was on the right path, so I called, and they kindly explained it to me and sent me an email with the route. After that, they called me to confirm that I had arrived. By the way, you need to let them know the time you will check in in advance. This is because you need a pin number to enter the hotel. We stayed in a family room, but we had to go down two floors of stairs, which was a real ordeal for us with our big carry-on bags. It was also dark and we couldn't see the stairs, so it was very scary. The room was very spacious, and although we couldn't use fire, there was a kitchen. It was made of stone and had a nice design. It was a mystery why there were six bottles of body soap. It was written that there was free mineral water, but there wasn't, so it was a shame. The air conditioning was not very effective and it was cold."
