Отдыхаем в Дельфин Би Гранд уже вторую неделю. Отдыхом довольны, когда его организуют профессионалы, всё замечательно. Про менеджера по работе с гостями Наталье я уже писал. Хотелось бы отметить ещё одного человека. Это Рустам. Круг обязанностей у него другой, но выполняет он их со всей ответственностью. Помогает гостям на пляже всём чем может. Обаятельный, вежливый сотрудник. По моему мнению имеет потенциал по службе. От работы таких сотрудников и зависит наш отдых. Большое спасибо.

My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments:
1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes.
2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape.
3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish restaurant, our friends had the same thing (the next day I came again and we were still given the option of an Italian restaurant).
4) on the third day of vacation, my husband woke up with food poisoning, and spent the remaining 4 days lying in the room with a temperature of 39 ° C and vomiting. We talked to many people in the hotel, and almost everyone had food poisoning with similar symptoms (this is at least 6 people).
5) Every evening until 11:30 pm there is very loud music playing, which prevents you from sleeping.

Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional. Über die Leistung des Roomservice kann man nur gutes berichten. Im Speisesaal schmeckte irgendwie nach 3 Tagen alles gleich - zudem hab ich mir wohl eine kleine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen. Und die Schlacht am Buffet war der reinste Horror! Leider musste ich auch zum Hotel Arzt. Zuerst wurde mal das finanzielle geklärt, bevor der Herr überhaupt aufgetaucht ist. Das Gerät zur Ohren Untersuchung, das er aus einem schmuddeligen Karton gezogen hat, hab ich dann verweigert. So etwas wie Keimfreiheit scheint hier nicht groß geschrieben zu werden. Die von der Apotheke gelieferten Medikamente hatten einen Beleg dabei, bei dem das Datum nicht stimmte! Meine Versicherung weigerte sich (verständlich) das zu bezahlen! Die Musik am Pool war jeden Tag der selbe Mist! Das Ganze glich eher eine Diskothek, was das mit Familienfreundlich zu tun haben soll ist mir ein Rätsel. Geraucht wurde auch überall, da gibt´s keine Rücksicht auf Kinder!!

Только красивый дизайн отеля и на этом всё , полная антисанитория ! Посуда грязная , находили чистые вилки с третьего раза , коты на столах спят , поварята не опрятные , на бассейне и на море пластиковые стаканы всегда были грязные и мутные ! Отравились все в этом отеле . Отдых был испорчен . Повелась на красивый отель Еда была однообразной все 11 дней. Креветок не было ни разу ( особенно суп из чечевицы был каждый день) Уборка на третьем этаже была ужасной все грязное в разводах . Не советую этот отель никому , за эти деньги тем более

Not for us . We didn't enjoy much . The selection of food was not much. The food was not fresh mixed with old one . Every lunch dinner we were preparing our table by ourselves. Snack time next to the toilet. The beach is far from hotel. Boring animations program in the evening. No thanks.

Wyjazd do tego hotelu był planowany dużo wcześniej i odliczaliśmy dni by odpocząć i zregenerować siły. Hotel na pierwszy rzut oka odznacza się nowoczesnym wyglądem, nie za duży - wszystko blisko. Jedzenie bardzo bardzo monotonne - mam wrażenie, że codziennie jest to samo i smakuje wszystko tak samo. Brak owoców morza przez 10 dni pobytu w hotelu. Pokój sprzątany bardzo średnio. Było brudno . Na plus wymiana ręczników i pościeli codziennie. Nasz pokój był na 7 piętrze od strony rzeki. Często śmierdziało szambem jak nie z dworu do z prysznica . Przy Snack bar również co chwile uczuć było smród z kanalizacji. W lobby i barach brudne fotele i sofy - wielki czas je wyprać !!! Hotel ma bardzo słabą animację . Koty zrobiły sobie kuwetę w sztucznej zieleni przy windach . Oczekiwałam czegoś lepszego sugerując się opiniami.
