Visited with my sister for afternoon tea. The hotel looked lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get anyones names. The food was very tasty. Sandwich fillings, and the bread they were in, were slightly different to a lot of other places. You only get one scone but I could have eaten more! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The cakes were dainty and delicious. I managed to eat everything without feeling overly full. We washed down the food with tea and a lovely English sparkling wine. Best afternoon tea I’ve had in a while.

We hosted an event in the wine cellar and cannot fault the whole experience, from Amy organising the event to CJ and his team on the evening, the whole team did an amazing job. Great venue, great food and great staff! We hope to host another event in the building soon.

A perfectly located luxurious hotel with super amenities and cheerful, friendly staff. Each room is stylishly decorated with all the necessities needed for an over night stay. The beds are extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding and pillows. The bathrooms equipped with delightful Espa toiletries and thick fluffy towels. Mini bar and coffee making facilities are also included in your room (mini bar at additional cost) the hotel offer late check out subject to availability. You are guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep here due to the lay out of rooms therefore, limiting the noise level passing through communal corridors. Staff are always at hand and are only too happy to help. The perfect addition to our stay was the roof top pool and use of the hotels spa thermal facilities. We will definitely return. A massive thank you to Georgia Kyriacou who ensured a perfect stay.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Best part is definitely the pool and the room very confortable and clean, from linen to the bed. The only thing i wasnt really impressed was the restaurant service. staff was lovely, always polite and helpfull but always in a rush(the feeling we have had was hurry up eating lol), food took ages to come ( food was tasty) we asked to have our dinner at 8pm, the reply was ok for it, didnt know it was almost time to staff finished work which i understand the rush, but as customer it felt bad. Also we bought a package which included dinner, spa day and breakfast. We couldnt find any info if wanted steaks needed to pay more £10 each ( could have more specific info about it). Is not straight foward info. Its tiny things i think could make the experience better, we only have that negative thing to say is some lack of direction/Info as is not cheap staying here. On Spa, it was forgotten one treatment but once been said the Hotel sort it out very easy and quick, staff was very helpfull. Overall, the hotel is nice, staff is nice, pool is nice also. We enjoyed, we had expectations as it was a birthday. Thank you

Fantastic and personable experience staying at King Street Townhouse. The Room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked the proposal package and it will be an experience we will never forget. Huge thank you to Georgia for coordinating and orchestrating expertly. It took the extra stress of proposing out of it and let me focus on my partner’s enjoyment of the stay. Would highly reccomend.
