"The location is excellent and the staff are polite and all respectful . The only thing that made my stay unconfortable is the next door guest who keep bouncing on the wall like playing a ball. Also the toilet tissues are empty on the second day and the coffee and sugar were empty and didnt change my cups as well. Aside from that, its great!"

"The location is amazing, right in the centre of Manchester. The hotel looks great from the outside, the lobby is very grand. It has a great bar - Rogue bar. However, our room was not very clean. There was hair on the floor. The bathroom was not nice at all. The shower floor was dirty, and it had not had a deep clean. The service in the hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. I wouldn’t return overall for the money."

"The hotel is in a good location near the centre with good transpprt links to Piccadilly, the reception and breakfast areas are nice and spacious and therr's room to chill as well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfy and clean, the shower is spacious and the bed is soft and there's a nice tv as well. Internet is very fast. The breakfsst is also tasty and plentiful and it's only £ 8. It was a pleasant stay for a budget hotel, I would recommend it."

"I stayed there for a week and it was quite good TBH, the only issue that I had was not providing kettle / tea set as I was going to stay there for a week and I could not make a cup of tea or have some hot water. I cannot carry a kettle when I travel for work, so that was a negative point for sure at this facility. Overall It was a good experience. Bathroom and toilets were looking good and clean so were the beds and the entire room. Under the debs were not properly cleaned and one of the shelves had dust and seemed like that it has not been cleaned for months. I requested for a kettle from the reception and it was declined the first day and again I requested then I was provided with a kettle by a different receptionist. The rooms do not have a fridge anymore but instead there is a cooler which does the work for me. I will not stop here again as it was lack of kettles, that is the only major issue I found TBH."

Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. The Executive Lounge, available to guests staying on executive floors or with Hilton Honors status, was a peaceful retreat. It offered a good selection of"

"The hotel's location is excellent, close to two train stations and Manchester University, as well as nearby attractions like the Museum of Science and Industry, which you can reach by free bus. The room size was good, and it was very quiet, with a hairdryer provided. The hot water was great, and the self-service breakfast had plenty of options. They also have a water dispenser for guests to refill their own bottles, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Free luggage storage is available. Now for the downsides: Upon check-in, I found the bathroom cleanliness to be an issue. The sink, toilet, and toilet seat weren't clean and had noticeable marks. Everything else was fine. Just to confirm, there were no slippers or toothbrushes provided."

"12 minutes walk from manchester coach station,near to pocadilly gardens,may shops around,tram and bus easy access. Quite loud at night since the bar and pub just under the hostel. You might need ear plug otherwise you can’t even sleep in peace. Toilet and bathroom in the room,locker at the bed and you might crash on it while sleeping. I did and hurt my knee. Room quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. The curtain also available on the bed and bring your own padlock."
