Booked as we were visiting Manchester for a show - location is ideal, only 5 min from Oxford Street Station therefore close to centre. The Hotel is welcoming and fresh and staff were friendly and very obliging. We had breakfast which was ok - it was around 9am and the area was busy and there was only 2 staff on and I experienced a few of the stations (preserves / cheese) were needing topped up and I felt the staff were busy enough so didn't approach.

The location is perfect, very close to Piccadilly train station and the city centre. The room has windows and is quite large. The hot water is very fast and the room is cleaned every day. Manchester is really small. Apart from going to two golf courses, you can basically walk enough
