As it was my first time visiting the UK, I didn’t realize that check-out time was 11:00 am. The staff kindly called to remind me, and even allowed me to check out at 12:00 pm without any issues. I really appreciated their understanding and excellent hospitality. Thank you!"

"Right opposite the train station, the location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 As expected from a Hilton-branded hotel, the service and facilities are top-notch, guaranteeing quality. 👍 The room was a good size, and both the bathroom and TV were great – we even watched the World Cup matches! On the day we left, it was 34 degrees Celsius in Manchester, so we packed up and then just chilled in the bar with the AC on – it was brilliant! 😊 The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Manchester's main shopping street, and it's just a two-stop ride to the area around the National Football Museum. On the way, we even spotted a statue of James Watt, one of the forefathers of mechanical engineering. We also passed Piccadilly Gardens, which has a statue of Queen Victoria, and I believe there's a Duke of Wellington statue nearby too. It's super convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping! 😄"

"Enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent, with everything conveniently within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, although we had expected a king-sized bed rather than a queen given we booked an Executive King Room. Breakfast was decent, but the options felt limited and there could have been more variety. Unfortunately, the QR code for room service did not work, so we were unable to order that way, and the after-hours room service menu was also very limited. ."

"Great location for both city and Old Trafford, near tram. Fairly priced. Has a gym but it's open to the public, and busy, so not your typical hotel gym. General feeling is that the cleaners must've been on strike during my stay. Guy on the desk could do with some customer service training too. Asked if I could leave in a couple of bags prior to check-in, which he obliged. Handed him my backpack, then doubled back and asked if I could quickly grab a pair of sunglasses from them. He stood still while I took the glasses from a case on the shoulder strap. No rummaging, no unzipping the bag, just a split second thing. To say this chap let out a loud, over the top sigh is an understatement. I just looked at him in surprise. We all have bad days, but that was a bit dramatic to say the least. Apart from that, the price reflects the hotel. Breakfast was ok, decent enough to send you on your way. I would stay here again because of the location, if I do, hopefully they'll have upped their game in terms of cleanliness, but I'll be sure to steer clear of precious."

"Staff were really helpful, and the reception, bar area looks so pretty with the lights everywhere. The bedroom doors were very tired looking and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. Our AC didn't work, and you couldn't open the window, we did call down to reception and the lady said she could control it but it didn't change and was very hot."

Of course for this price is not a usual price for this hotel. Bed is on the softer side but still better than many other Manchester older hotel. Staffs are all welcoming and friendly. Great location Rooms is a bit inconvenient layout, bed so close to curtains but for 1-2nights quick trip is okay. Water pressure is strong and overall clean"
