Enjoyed my stay here. Love the art

It is modern and stylish hotel . I did have a great moment and experience here. The sincere service has made a wonderful memory in here and Manchester. Will come over again .

Stayed here Saturday night and it was lovely. The room was spacious and even had a coffee pod machine in it. The bed was comfy. I like the idea of a safe in the room so you don’t have to carry too much important things out with you. The reception staff were lovely and we checked in early. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked for more coffee, milk and a carrier bag full was brought to our door. We had a glass of champagne in the bar and the staff were lovely. Breakfast there was a huge choice to eat between hot and cold food. There was a discrepancy about not being able to take payment for my breakfast - but once I advised breakfast has already been paid all was fine. When we checked out - I was able to leave my luggage there until early evening whilst I went socialising. Have booked to go back

I booked one of the suites and was given a newly refurbished one which was fabulous. Comfortable bed, big TVs, Great to have a separate shower as well as a bath We ate in the restaurant. The bar had a good buzz and the service was spot on.

Never again will I go in there or recommend to it to anyone...rude staff, terrible service, tried to pay the bill 3 times got ignored..asked for service charge to be removed and told we had to wait while they got a manager who then removed the charge and didnt approach us to see what was wrong until we were going!! Threw our bill receipt onto dirty plates SO bad and well over priced...stumbled upon Waldorf pub round corner much better welcome atmosphere and service..malmaison would do well to take a leaf out of their book!

The room was beautiful and evening meal delicious, service at breakfast was slow but staff were friendly

The room was absolutely freezing even with the heating panel turned to 27 degrees (the maximum). I changed rooms once with the same result. The hotel moved me to an adjacent room and the heating issue was exactly the same

Staff and atmosphere are great, and hotel is perfectly located near the station.

Gorgeous boujee hotel, there was a few ******* which I will detail below but nothing that would stop me from visiting again, 2 mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station and 8 mins walk to the centre of the shopping, check in was smooth, a rather tad too smooth to be honest as there was very little personal interaction which would of been nice, I had to prompt the lady to ask for breakfast times and if I could reserve a table in the restaurant, that said check in was fast which suits most people, room was gorgeous, the giant selfie light was a big hit with the teenager, a couple of little ******* in the room ie chip in sink, shower temperature was unpredictable and went through three different temperature extremes whilst I showered, but those aside the room was very good value for money, evening meal was rather bazaar, as although I had booked a table we were made to feel rather unwelcome, we were seated swiftly but the reception was cold, we were just given an alacarte menu, a few minutes later I spoke to the waiter and said I had seen a 2 course set menu and he said “oh you want to order from that” week yes please or rather just been given all the options, food was pleasant and presented well, the chips were the saltiest chips I have ever tasted, I appreciate that’s personal preference. I also noticed on the way out of the restaurant that it was also steak night, again it would have been nice to have been told of this. On the whole the hotel is fab, super central and well worth the money, if visiting again I will for sure have breakfast there but opt for somewhere else for the evening meal
