Just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 2 of the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights! The fish and chips at the lobby restaurant on the first floor were delicious and not too expensive! The hotel room was quite clean, and the bed felt new and very comfortable!

Had an excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Rafa, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service really stood out and made a great impression. The location was ideal, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall the experience exceeded expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was superb – beautifully designed, well-maintained, and its location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were also consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, I did notice a persistent low-frequency hum in the room, which was a bit bothersome, especially at night. It's a shame, as everything else was excellent. If you're sensitive to noise (a light sleeper), I'd recommend bringing earplugs just in case. All in all, it's still a great place, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The apartment I stayed in was a spacious two-bedroom apartment (one suite), perfect for a family. The interior was clean, but some details could be improved. The furnace and dryer were quite dusty, and the washing machine's detergent drawer was stained and needed regular cleaning. There was a restaurant downstairs, but it closed at 10 p.m., and the room faced the inner garden, so no noise would disturb my sleep. The apartment was very close to the city's major shopping malls and the tram station, less than three minutes away. Overall, it was a good value, with excellent value, and the staff were helpful.

The room is clean and comfortable, with lots of space to store luggage and stuff. I was quite surprised to see the coffee maker and refrigerator inside the room. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and the staff is friendly. The location is opposite to China Town with lots of nice restaurants for dinning. The only thing that could be improved is that room cleaning starts too early - at 9:00 am that I was woken up by the doorbell.

This was by far the most frustrating accommodation experience during my trip to the UK. It's not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse or an apartment rental. The entire check-in process was self-service with no one to assist. We had to do a ton of online registration, including scanning all passports and credit cards. The credit card process even triggered an SMS verification, which was impossible for us to receive since we had already switched to UK-based cards. To make matters worse, there are absolutely no signs for this 'hotel' within the building; it's all labeled with the apartment building's name. No one tells you this is actually where you're supposed to be. The online photos also don't match the actual setup of the ground floor. After finally completing all the registration and getting the code, we then had to find a key box in a really obscure spot. Overall, it was incredibly inconvenient and unclear. We wasted a whole hour just trying to figure out how to get the key. While the Trip.com customer service did offer some support, they couldn't reach the local hotel manager, making the whole situation feel helpless. The room itself was indeed large and new, with heating, but the entire check-in and check-out process compared to other places is a massive waste of guests' time and energy. Especially trying to get in late at night, in what felt like a not-so-safe neighborhood.
