Guest UserAlthough some room amenities were somewhat outdated, the overall condition was good, with no noticeable odors. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered ample free parking, a major plus for travelers with cars.

Guest UserThis hotel is in a great loacation, around a 10 minute walk from Oxford Road Station and about 15 from the gig we came to see. The lady at reception was very polite and friendly which made us feel welcome even though two young goths looked a bit out of place seeing as this was obviously a hotel for business people/confrences. The room was amazing for the price and beautifully clean, there was an iron and ironing board, a desk fan and a hairdryer already in the room. The bathroom was quite spacious and had perfect lighting. Even my fussy partner said the bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely reccomend and will definitely be staying again if I'm back in Manchester.

Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me!
He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night.
Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast as a vegan was enjoyable with our vegan sausages and soya milk.
It's a bust hotel but its clean and affordable...
I would definitely stay there again.

Guest UserIt was a simple overnight stop as I was going to a wedding. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was a standard double, had a very comfortable bed, a lovely shower area and everything was very clean.
Breakfast was an additional cost but well worth it with a god range of choices and no limit to what you could have.
I would recommend the hotel.

An older building, but quite grand. It's in a lively, bustling area, yet surprisingly quiet at night (though the creaky hallway floors were a bit annoying). Dining, shopping, and transportation are all super convenient.
The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for me as I didn't have much luggage, so there was enough space. It had both a bathtub and a shower, with good water temperature and strong water pressure.
Excellent service and a clean room.
Breakfast was an extra charge, offering both Continental and English options, and it was quite tasty. The restaurant staff were outstanding, very attentive, and service was quick.
Overall, a good experience and highly recommended!

BitartFast checkin. Great value considering quality and prices in the surrounding area. Comfortable stay. Didn't go to the restaurant but nice to have it handy as nothing to eat nearby. But 15 minutes walk gets you to some great eateries. Happy to stay here again! Oh, and rooms had some interesting mindful features (seem pics) 🫶

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘

I cancelled my statement at the last minute due to illness, and I found the customer services team slow to react and cancel my stay despite contacting them 4 times! Nonetheless I would like to stay there in the future.
