The hotel offers useful facilities, including luggage storage, laundry service, and an iron, which support both short and medium-length stays. The staff are friendly, maintain a warm attitude, and provide attentive service, which enhances the overall experience. However, some dust appears in certain areas, so guests, especially those with dust sensitivity, should take extra care. Despite this minor issue, the hotel provides good value for money, and I would choose to stay here again on a future visit to Nagoya."

AANDREAS NUR JAHJAComfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a great choice for my family trip. Firstly, it's just a ten-minute walk from Nagoya Station and Takashimaya, making it super convenient to get to nearby shopping areas. The staff were really welcoming and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's facilities and amenities, including the toiletries, were all very good. They even have a microwave at the front desk, which was a nice bonus for guests.

GGuest UserThe twin room I booked is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and there is complimentary breakfast for the guests. Location is about 5-7 mins from Nagoya Station, there are several convenience stores like Lawson & Family Mart around the hotel. I would stay here again if I visit Nagoya

It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

Convenience stores and drugstores are less than a 5-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby with direct routes to famous attractions like Tokugawa-en Garden, Nagoya Castle, and Osu Shopping Street. There's also a great grilled eel restaurant close to the hotel, and their unagi don is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is consistently excellent. The breakfast, which changes daily, is also very tasty. It's an ideal choice for a trip to Nagoya.

**Location:** The hotel is in the city center, right near Nagoya Subway Station, and directly opposite the Big Camera shopping center. Super convenient!
**Facilities:** It's small but has everything you need. The soundproofing could be a little better, or maybe the person in the next room snored really loudly, but either way, I was a bit disturbed.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean.
**Service:** Very good.

The room size is suitable for two people with large luggage. The room and bathroom are clean, and they have pajamas, towels, hand wash, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There's also air freshener for the room and clothing, but you can bring other toiletries from the front desk. Near the hotel, there are a restaurant, a convenience store, and a mall — a very perfect place to stay. me.

Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room.
About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station.
There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal.
There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel.
Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place.
Overall, the place is nice & cozy.
