Outstanding
GGuest UserFrom the guest-only entrance, you pass through a space surrounded by artworks to the reception desk, where you can enjoy the utmost in luxury.
From both the reception and the restaurant, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Nagoya Castle all to yourself.
With an unobstructed view all the way to the main citadel, you'll almost forget you're in central Nagoya.
On the other hand, the guest rooms with a view of Nagoya Castle and those on the other side give very different impressions.
From the rooms on the other side, you can see the residential cityscape of Nagoya, and there are no particularly good spots for a night view.
If you're going to stay overnight, why not splurge a little and enjoy the spectacular view of Nagoya Castle from your room from the morning?
Before my stay, I thought the price was high for accommodation in Nagoya, but it was worth it.
YYingyingmantou## Facilities
Overall, the facilities at Tiad Hotel are quite comprehensive, and the property is very spacious. However, considering modern user expectations, it lacks screen mirroring functionality, which I believe could be improved. Additionally, the toilet flush is quite loud after use; I'd suggest optimizing that.
## Cleanliness
Although the rooms are large, it's clear that the cleaning staff are very meticulous. Having stayed in Japan many times, this is one of the cleaner hotels I've encountered. It certainly lives up to its standards.
## Ambiance
From the moment you enter, throughout the lobby, gym, pool, and even the rooms – despite some areas not being exceptionally vast – cleanliness is evident at every turn.
## Service
There's a welcoming service right at the hotel entrance, consistently available morning and night. Check-in was pleasant and friendly, with Chinese-speaking staff on hand. However, I found the Chinese-speaking staff to be slightly less enthusiastic than their Japanese colleagues. When I encountered issues during my stay and called the front desk, the response was very quick. Other than the slightly high price, this hotel is essentially excellent.
## Exclusive Guest Perks
Regarding the exclusive guest perks: these were excellent, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful. However, swimming requires an appointment, and one day I couldn't secure a slot, so I had to book for the next morning. This was a real pity and my only regret.

Amazing
Nnini2017ukAbsolutely fantastic! As someone who's stayed in numerous five-star hotels, this one still managed to impress me! The facilities are incredibly well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with no long queues or waiting, and the service easily handled the large number of guests. The views are unbeatable, and the location is super convenient. There are various train and subway lines right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get to city attractions, shopping areas, or even other cities. We went to the airport directly from the first-floor exit via a sky bridge straight to the Meitetsu line – no umbrella needed, it was so convenient! Plus, Takashimaya is downstairs, offering one-stop shopping and dining. You can shop, drop your bags off in your room, and then head right back down to explore more. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Nagoya and those who rely on public transportation. It's a truly hassle-free stay!

Great
Fflam73Fantastic theming in the rooms and hotel generally. Great for our 2 and 4 year old boys. The gifts inside the Treasure Chest are great. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We also spent two nights at Disney Resort Toy Story hotel and found the Legoland Hotel to be better. The only things I think could be improved would be the sound proofing of rooms - our kids slept at 8pm and you can hear all the kids/people talking and walking in the hallway outside. The water play area also gets booked out literally one minute after it opens (12pm) so we had no chance to use it even though I was on the website at 12.09pm. It feels a bit like false advertising of a hotel feature when it’s not even possible to access.
11366177****The triple room wasn't cramped at all, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The bathroom was also quite satisfactory; it's not small for Japan. The only minor downsides were the lack of a wardrobe and a very small fridge.

GGuest UserOne of my best capsule hotel that I have ever stayed. The whole building is catered to Male occupants, 2 sauna levels, free rice, free alcohol and locker is big enough to fit large items. Location is great, opposite ichiran. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

TTOMIKOHilton Nagoya
📍 **Location:** Conveniently situated in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station. This prime location offers easy access to the Shinkansen (bullet train), subway, and Meitetsu lines, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shopping areas like Sakae and Osu Kannon, or visiting Nagoya Castle. With convenience stores and drugstores nearby, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
True to Japanese hotel standards, the cleanliness is impeccable. Both the guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained, showing no signs of age or wear and tear. Higher floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Nagoya Station area's nightscape.
The front desk staff are professional and communicate fluently in English, and room service is prompt and efficient.
On a separate note, we encountered a minor issue during our stay. However, two managers were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks to them for their excellent assistance! 🙏

MMryxOn our trip from Kyoto Uji to Nagoya and then Takayama, we chose this Courtyard by Marriott hotel. It truly lives up to a five-star standard, with a fantastic overall ambiance. Both the lobby and restaurant are very spacious, and the rooms are a good size too. It's conveniently located just one subway stop from Nagoya Station. Highly recommended!

PPak lunLocation is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

GGuest UserThe room is very good, the hotel is near the izakaya, there are many social animals and spiritual guys drinking at night a bit noisy, others are particularly good
