Amazing

FFAN_CI really like TIAD's decor, which is why I chose it over a very well-located Marriott. It's right above a subway exit. To get to Nagoya JR Station, you need to transfer twice, so a taxi is more convenient, costing between 1900-2200 JPY. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, including a Bioprogramming hairdryer (though only 4D). They provide London EH toiletries, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There's even underfloor heating in front of the sink. Overall, the experience was great, but the turndown service could be a bit more attentive.

GGuest UserAlthough this is an old hotel but I would say it is much better than many new 4 star hotel in term of room amenities and cleanliness. Especially the free drinking lounge at the firth floor which is huge, quiet and clean. Furthermore there is direct limousine bus to this hotel from Nagoya International Airport. Location wise it's just 400m from Fushimi station and this make it easy to travel to most of the tourist attractions. The only downside is the room we booked is a bit too small for 3 adults with 2 medium luggage. I will highly recommended this hotel for those who plan to visit Nagoya!

ままきまき2323It's a given that a newly built luxury hotel would be perfect, but... I never imagined it would be this far from the station (^_^;) I guess they only anticipate guests arriving by car ^^; Since it's unlikely those luxury cars are self-driven, I wonder if they've also made arrangements for the drivers to stay? Anyway, everything else is absolutely perfect.

GGuest UserWhen I was booking my hotel, I ran into some issues, but to my surprise, the hotel manager at check-in helped me sort everything out. His service was incredibly professional, and I'm very grateful! 🙏 The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel. The room itself is very spacious, and the view is absolutely beautiful.

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with the room's furnishings, comfort, panoramic views, carefully selected facilities, and most of all, the staff's customer-oriented attitude, their smiles and friendliness, and the delicious breakfast prepared by a French chef. I live in Nagoya and have loved the TV tower (Chubu Electric Power Mirai Tower) since I was a child. I've always wanted to stay at this hotel since it first opened, so I planned a surprise birthday celebration for my husband, and they even wrote a happy birthday message on the window. It's truly a wonderful hotel.
