"The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya."

"It was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near Nagoya Station.
However, it was a little disappointing that there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that, the facilities and amenities were perfect. It was a great place to stay."

We drive 18min to reach new Mitsui Outlet at Okazaki & another 15min drive to reach Big Aeon mall Okazaki.

Clean & very comfortable spacious big room which is hard to get in Japan.

"The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience"

"Honestly, overall it's pretty good and has a lot of character. The mini burgers at breakfast were delicious. And the quiet room I specifically requested was indeed very quiet.
However, the air conditioner blows directly at you, and you can only adjust it to strong or weak wind, so you're either freezing or boiling, and it's quite noisy.
Secondly, the duvet is shockingly short; anyone over 165 cm (I'm 162 cm myself, no exaggeration) won't be able to cover themselves properly.
Also, the curtains aren't blackout, so if you're sensitive to light, you should choose carefully, but it's okay if you bring an eye mask.
Overall, it's a hotel with character, worth experiencing but not suitable for a long stay (not ideal for more than three days)."

GGuest UserI visited this place on a 2-day, 1-night trip from Osaka. I chose it because I was drawn to the atmosphere, but the facilities were also excellent, the furniture was clean, and there were plenty of beds – it was a perfect place to stay. If I have the opportunity to come to Aichi again, I would definitely like to stay here again. If possible, I would like to keep this place a hidden gem and not let others know about it. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

GGuest UserNear the subway station, there are two small supermarkets around, it is very convenient to buy some small snacks, the kitchen is fully equipped, the disadvantage is that the cabinet door installation is a bit low, always hit the head, there is no socket on the stove wall, you need to use a tow board to connect, the power of the induction cooker is too small, the room is small, others are pretty good, If there is a problem, the landlord will reply by email in time, and overall it is good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms are of average size, but the bathrooms aren't spacious; they might be suitable for shorter people. The rooms are not soundproof. I checked in at 6 PM intending to rest, but the hotel seemed to be cleaning or doing something, and the doors were slamming shut very loudly. I would like them to improve the door system. Even my own room, which I tried to close quietly, was noisy. I understand why.
