"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. Rooms are accessible by QR code or a PIN code which are convenient, but be mindful during check in if anyone else can hear your room number and code. We asked for a new code for this reason, which the hotel thankfully easily agreed to. Location was good, away from the bustling city but with enough dining options nearby, even a 24h Ichiran!"

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay. 1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process. 2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up. 4. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only 5 minutes away, which is incredibly convenient. Every aspect of my stay was great, so of course, I signed up for a membership.

YYokkkyyyNice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

GGuest UserParking is on the street at the back, not hotel's own. Thankfully no rain, or unloading/loading of luggages would be a hassle as you cannot stop at the front of the hotel. Super near Omicho market which is great! No smoking room in hotel, need to walk to nearest kombini for smokers. Cleanliness is good, no issues. Spacious enough for 4 luggages to open in the room. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

YYi31The location is really convenient. There's a huge supermarket right next door, and if you book through Trip.com, you even get a 5% discount on your groceries. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to the shopping malls and airport by subway. Whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Jinshan.

BBy DebI recently stayed 9h Nine Hours in Nagoya and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The sleeping pods are located on a different floor from the shower area, changing room, and luggage storage. On the positive side, this setup helps keep the sleeping area quiet and comfortable. I was able to rest well every night without being disturbed by noise. However, the separation of the facilities can be a little inconvenient. If you forget something in your luggage or need to grab an item, you have to take the elevator and move between floors. In addition, the shower and grooming area can get quite crowded during peak hours, especially in the early morning and late evening. At those times, you may need to wait for a shower, hair dryer, or space to get ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

RRuguoyunzhidaoThe room size was decent for a solo traveler. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the free breakfast was just okay. The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. It's a 30-minute walk to Nagoya Castle, and all the main shopping areas are within a 7-15 minute walk. Don Quijote is only a 7-minute walk away, and I think the Daikoku Drugstore on the third floor across the street had cheaper items. Overall, it was good value for the price! On the way back, to avoid the hassle of carrying my luggage, I took the airport express for 2000 yen. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very conveniently located, close to the live house we were visiting that weekend. The facilities were very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively area of Nagoya, and it was quite noisy outside until late at night. We personally didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and there was no noise from neighboring rooms, but it’s something worth keeping in mind.
