"Location is very good just a few min walk from Nagoya station. Property feels really new and everything is in great condition. Room is on the small side even for Japanese standards but also more modern, plus for great views. Well cleaned, no noise issues and nothing to complain about. Good breakfast also with an a la carte option and some buffet dishes. Staff was great throughout the stay. All in all great stay in a great place and will definitely consider this place next time."

"Breakfast only 3 fix selections & have to inform them the night before to collect the voucher & decide on the option. Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room. About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station. There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal. There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel. Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place. Overall, the place is nice & cozy."

"This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!"

"I I came to stay here for the second time, and I feel this hotel has a perfect location. It's near JR Station, within walking distance to the subway line and bus station. The room size is suitable for two people with large luggage. The room and bathroom are clean, and they have pajamas, towels, hand wash, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There's also air freshener for the room and clothing, but you can bring other toiletries from the front desk. Near the hotel, there are a restaurant, a convenience store, and a mall — a very perfect place to stay. me."

"The hotel is located in a relatively remote area, so it might be a bit difficult to carry luggage if you're not driving. However, it offers a high level of privacy, and the rooms are spacious and provide toiletries and skincare products. Only smoking rooms are available, but there is an air purifier in each room."
