Stayed one night, first room smelt aweful, on going to reception we were given another room that was perfectly fine. Good stay overall. Value for money, would recommend.

Amazing staff especially Charlotte. Nice view and nice bar cafe. Lovely customer service and food great choice of drinks and menu items. Nice clean hotel and well maintained. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Thankyou again to Charlotte amazing experience

Staff were indifferent and seemed not to care about customer experience. No welcome by reception staff. Someone’s used coffee pod left in the machine in the room. Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers despite being the only people in the “restaurant “. Took the food back to the room and despite the room being “cleaned “ the next day the plates were left. Worst hotel experience yet

Hotel was clean in general Room was clean Hotel staff friendly but as usual in these hotels never enough Tea, Coffee, & Milk but this is just a minor mark down , we asked for more & we were certainly obliged by the staff.

Does what it says on the tin - comfortable bed with choice of pillows - quiet and gave a good night sleep. Decent quality buffet breakfast. Also took the meal deal and whilst the menu isn’t hugely extensive, the food was decent

Stayed here as was attending a concert and always use this hotel the ladies on the front desk was absolutely incredible so helpful nothing too much trouble Charlotte went out of her way to help a little 6 year old in need thank you so so much an absolute credit to you

For a person like me that suffers with PTSD the whole experience was very stressful & not good for my mental health & the staff could have been a lot more helpful & understanding

Second time in this hotel. Location is superb, no need to say more. Quality is basic Travelodge style so no praising words. Breakfast well stocked up and nice as always. Room had huge cap under the door so a lot talking and noise from the corridor came in to the room. Otherwise clean and comfy. Staff at the reception was very not so friendly. I came early and wanted to leave my bag but was straight away scolded that check in is at 3pm. Yes, I did not ask for it yet :D Also when I came to check in and pick up my bag I was not informed about the breakfast times or check out times or anything. Not even where the elevator is. The front door is tricky to open when coming in. I tried tried and tried and called to the reception from the phone but nothing happened.
