Michael one of the staff who was working at like 4am Monday morning was brilliant great customer service 10/10 great staff member and made me rate the stay excellent due to his customer service alone also the assistant manager was very helpful but full credit to Michael

Stayed here this current bank holiday and there.In the middle of the night there was a medical emergency with my partner I went down to reception to tell the staff.A employee called Michael rang 111 and stayed with us through until we reached help he was caring and attentive and I hope he gets the praise he deserves as he was extremely helpful and he helped Calm everyone down overall he was amazing !!!

Just had 2 days in Manchester, staying overnight here. It's in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The room was attractive, extremely clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fine. The staff were welcoming, Fri and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we revisit Manchester. Great value for money.

I’ve never seen such discrimination, told reception two of us weren’t staying which they agreed then 20ms later a member of reception approaching the room with security to basically tell our friends to get out, no professionalism or etiquette. Then threatened with eviction from bouncer when friends had already out vacated the room and questioned their behaviour. Why would our friends even go to reception when we weren’t staying when they got in with no bouncer at entrance to go back and overstay our welcome. This place is a joke considering I’ve seen plenty big groups walk in without a question.

Terrible avoid at all costs. Dirty bedding with hairs in and key cards don’t work so can’t get into hotel get locked out

Perfect location. Friendly staff, really quiet, clean and efficient. Had the best night's sleep I'd had in ages! Love this place wouldn't bother spending more money on luxury hotels tbh

The staff here have been absolutely wonderful, Lynne and jack have been able to help me find somewhere to do my washing and were so accomodating and help in finding my room and things to do in Manchester
