Checked into room 306, the layout is okay and relatively quiet. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a walk ahead is Chinatown, and a little further walk is the train station, which is very convenient. What a great breakfast! Minibar, hair dryer, ironing machine, basically everything is complete, but the minibar is really mini.

Great experience! From the moment we stepped through the door into the lobby we were surrounded by art. The architecture of the building is fantastic and the interior decor complements this perfectly. We felt like we had been transported to Gotham City but without Batman. Very well thought out concept and executed perfectly. Plenty of little touches to make the stay perfect.

The room is very unique. The black lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and works carefully. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is very safe. The hotel lobby is not on the first floor. I forgot which floor it is on. Remember to brush your face at the door when entering the hotel to tell the waiter where you live. Only guests can open the door, so I feel very safe.

The hotel is in a prime location, next to the consulate, and it is a historic building. It is next to the pedestrian street and Slefridges shopping mall, making it quiet and safe. The room is fully equipped and has late bed service. I will stay here again next time.

I have been in the UK for 5 years, and this is the first time I encountered blatant discrimination when staying in a hotel.
Service: Displeasure written all over the face. It's a typical joke, don't stay on the 1st and 5th floors, there are bars that are very lively at night.
