Don't book a windowless room! Feels like a prison cell and it was so hot 🥵 Impossible to sleep. Aircon didn't work and the small fan did little to help. Staff knock on your bedroom door at 9.30am to remind you to check out at 10am! The only good things about this hotel are the location and the price. But I'd suggest paying more for a good night's sleep.

The sound insulation is very poor and the facilities are relatively old.
But the location is very good and the price/performance ratio is high
The bed in the room is very soft and there are only three floor lamps which are quite dark.
The front desk phone can't be reached hahahaha

I was a woman solo traveller arrived late, the guys at the reception all really nice and professional, I've stayed before and no problems at all. Only thing this time I was given a double deluxe room for myself which was really kind but the room had a door in the room used to be connected to next room I think, and you can't open anyway. But I could hear the next door and I was quite nervous to sleep there on my own. I asked if I can change room and they gave me a different room straight away which I was very happy.
