The location of the hotel is relatively close to Victoria. The lobby staff are very welcoming. The hotel settings are also quite reasonable. The room space is ok. There is no toothbrush in the hotel. You need to bring your own. The room card sometimes fails. I don’t know why. There are no other problems.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.

The location of the hotel is 15 minutes' walk away from the downtown area, so it's convenient to travel.
The cleanliness is average. After staying for four days, the room was not cleaned for three days. I had to call the front desk to find staff to change towels and clean up the garbage.
The breakfast is generally OK, there are not many styles, the taste is normal, and there will be no surprises.
British hotel, there is no service to speak of, the facilities are good, there is a swimming pool in the ba*****t downstairs, there is a paid spa, there is a fitness room, half of the equipment is available.
Near the hotel is the Manchester City Bus Museum, a 20-minute walk. There are exhibitions of buses from the beginning of the last century to the 1980s. They are well maintained and very precious. Bus fans must visit! Entrance fee is six pounds.

Stayed for one night and it was generally okay. Came out of Manchester Piccadilly station and it’s about 20 minutes walk from there. Close to Manchester Victoria station, though.
Definitely not Radisson standard but not too bad. Room had stains on the carpet and the hairdryer bag was covered in hair. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was one person on reception at night and was difficult to get through because he was rushed off his feet.
Breakfast was okay but pasties and flavoured yoghurts ran out very quickly and were not topped up.
Wound I stay there again, probably not. Should you stay there? No harm in trying it out for yourself. Like I said, it’s not bad.
