Staff on reception are really nice and helpful and deliver a personalized service. They asked about my journey, and if I needed any recommendations for dinner etc. At checkout they wished me a safe journey. They do make an effort!
They have complimentary copies of the financial times and new York times.
The rooms are bigger than we'd expected with great views of the city. Tea and coffee provided is good quality. The room was clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, sheets were high quality.
And it only cost me about 20 pounds more to stay here then it would have cost for a more budget hotel
Location is excellent, just around the corner from Piccadilly.

It's right next to the train station. It's quite convenient. It's also very convenient to take the subway nearby. It's not far to walk to the business district. The room is spacious and clean. I will consider staying here again in the future.
