I'm really happy that I decided to book a stay at this hotel. Its central location in Manchester city is perfect for exploring all the attractions on foot. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious. However, the only downside was the lack of wifi in the rooms, which meant I had to go to the common area to get online.

Not the best most luxury hotel I’ve stayed in, room had some repairs etc that needed doing such as a few small holes in the wall and a broken shower head. Having said that for the price and for the location it’s incredibly good value

I recently stayed at Brittania Manchester City and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given was completely different from what I had booked online. I reserved a deluxe room with a king bed, but ended up in a small, cramped room with two single beds and none of the amenities promised on the website.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unhelpful. When I brought the issue to their attention, they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions. They simply told me that there were no other rooms available and made no effort to rectify the situation or make my stay more comfortable.
Overall, my stay at Brittania was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values their guests and delivers on their promises.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, and the breakfasts were great. The room amenities were good, and I even got access to the free Wi-Fi in public areas. Although my room was next to the lifts and some noise could be heard at night, the room itself was larger than usual with a huge window. Overall, it was a decent stay, and I was very satisfied with their services. So thank you! 😊

Service was cordial and good enough for short stay. The hotel was well located and in a heritage building. Worth staying just to admire the interior of the hotel.
