Manchester (Arena/Printworks)

Location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The service staff was really friendly and one staff even took the opportunity to chat with us about out trip there. The breakfast buffet was good and it is the same menu across the entire chain of hotels from Manchester to Edinburgh so it did get a bit bored and we eventually decided to stop having breakfast at the restaurant due to the lack of variation. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Our room was on the 6th floor, it was spacious and had all the basics, the bed was very comfortable. A few minor cleaning and maintenance issues (dust and cup stains on the bedside shelf, mould in between window glasses). Overall, we enjoyed our stay here

Staff & Prices were good for a bank holiday check-in, room was left a little dirty but nothing too bad, the shower didn't work as expected and was loud to run.

NOT IMPRESSED the tv remote did not work and beeped all night, the usb port did not work, the bed was uncomfortable. The location was ok.

Very friendly staff and a very good room for a couple. The receptionist helped me print my boarding pass, and I really appreciated his help.

We meet friends from abroad in Manchester a few times a year and have stayed at the premier inn for its location but for a city centre hotel the bar is joke the had no piñon gricio they had no baileys they had no vodka really!!!! The vending machine was out of order and the public toilet near the bar were awful

Good, central hotel with reliable corporate image. Looked after well by staff but the decor and furniture looking "tired" and in need of cap. ex. to rejuvinate.
