Manchester (Arena/Printworks)

Location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The service staff was really friendly and one staff even took the opportunity to chat with us about out trip there. The breakfast buffet was good and it is the same menu across the entire chain of hotels from Manchester to Edinburgh so it did get a bit bored and we eventually decided to stop having breakfast at the restaurant due to the lack of variation. Overall, it was a nice experience.

We booked a family room and it was very spacious. We could see the AO arena and Catherdral from our room and it was a short walk to shopping area and nightlife. Really central for everything we needed and the discounted bonus and free kids breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Came to Manchester from west wales for a concert. When I arrived staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. Would 100% return. Thank you for such a good stay

We arrived just after 3pm, check in was busy as the self check in terminal was out of service. The welcome wasn’t the best by the mos checking us in, not even a smile. We weren’t asked if we were parking on site, no explanation of how the discounted parking worked or how we go about it. We were not told where the on site facilities such as restaurant/ bar etc were. The room was clean/ tidy/ basic. 2x coffee sachet/ 4 milk/ tea sugar- very limited. Towels provided but only one bath sheet and two small towels. Hubby took a wander after we settled-found out his the parking worked etc. A good location if you are in the area for a show. Members of staff need to realise a smile costs nothing!!

From Manchester originally so we came up for a visit in the sunshine, building looks massive outdated but they do their best with what they can do a suppose. All staff were lovely but I personally think the restaurant isn't big enough for all the people for breakfast, it's tiny!!! But we had a laugh and thaks again

As usual clean and comfortable. No frills but dont need them. Price good. Love the cooker breakfast. Convenient for city Centre and trams

We were staying here for the take that concert, we didn't realise how close it was which was amazing, considering we had no idea where we were going. Kerry was lovely in giving us directions and make us feel better as we have never been here before, and Becky on the bar was great to chat to, always smiling. It's honestly nice to see a place where everyone is happy and seems to genuinely like to be there
