Location is excellent. Service is perfect. I booked a double room which turned out to be a very big room w a living room. Very spacious coz it’s designed for handicapped. The design n atmosphere of the hotel is very yuppy. I like it very much. The cafe n restaurant served good food. And they have a lot of programs that we can join. We joined the dancing class which taught Lindy hop. I had so much fun. Really give this hotel a thumb up.

Came to Manchester to see my daughter. The location is good. There is a small kitchen which is very convenient. Tesco is opposite. It is very good to cook by yourself. The lighting in the room is a little dim. The hot water was cut off after 9 o'clock one night. I had to sleep first and take a shower the next morning.

Nice and friendly staff, good location. But the room light is too dark, not good for reading. And only once a week for cleaning, not enough as the rubbish will smell.
