Awful experience, the apar**ent was disgusting ! The bed was the lumpiest mattress I ever tried to sleep on, there was a closet full to the top with dirty linen & towels, the freezer was iced up so the door wouldn’t close, stains on sofas and the bathroom door handle came off in my hand, plug socket in bedroom unsafe .. £200 a night was a joke !!!

My friend and I booked the apar**ents for 1 night stay which would be due to travel on 29th June and due to cancelling this 4 months ago for COVID reasons and unable to travel, we cancelled via *********** free cancellation, they have since the Atana have taken money out of my account, tried phoning them no answer at all, disgusting and the reeviews seems to have happened to other people!!

We arrived at this hotel at 9pm at night to find that there was no way for us to get in even though there is supposed to be a reception. We tried to ring and email multiple times which there was no answer and it kept saying call failed. Eventually someone who lived there came out so we could get into the building and he said that there had been 4 other groups that day trying to get in and the manager wouldn’t be back till Monday to let us in. We had already paid for this apar**ent and we were two young girls late at night in the middle of Manchester with nowhere to stay. They take your money and give you nowhere to go. Absolutely appalling, need shutting down!

We booked to stay here, sorted everything, called to confirm. All was looking good. Then we received a message shortly before our stay telling us the room had been “overbooked” by 7 people ?! And we were to find elsewhere to stay. By this point prices for all other places had hiked up and we couldn’t afford it. We asked how they’d overbooked, when we’d called to confirm and everything. Communication was absolutely shocking, we believe someone offered them more money or something to stay on our dates but the hosts were so rude, uncaring, unprofessional and impolite. It was our booking first, and someone came in and took it. Don’t bother unless you want to end up shafted with nowhere to stay.
