OYO Hala Guest House

DO Not stay here!! Worse house ever this is not a hotel as they state it's a shared house we staying in sitting room/bedroom told there was a reception room to be meet by some one was a man sitting on the front step smoking **** let in to our room had to call him back in water all over bathroom floor. Facility's was 2 cups and some tea leaves and a few sugars asked were kettle was for him to say or sorry all rooms are full and no spare kettle! Friday night up all night people trying to get in front door as there a key code on front door. They were in and out till 4am slamming doors our NONE EXISTING SOUND PROOF WALLS what it also states where shaking with the banging of the door people were trying to get in our door . There reception is some one they have running the house staying in back room this was the mam smoking **** on the step so ov he was fast asleep not to here all this. Saturday same had to get up and let people in the door as they banging on door all the thing it's states on the *********** are false

Staff very supportive Sam's very nice and took everyone out to an event for Halloween and always offers to make me a coffy in the morning Brilliant location nice staff not so pleased with the room but all in all 8 out of 10
