Beautifully decorated hotel that smelt devine - like we were in a spa! Our room was lovely and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The glass of welcome champagne was a lovely touch. All staff were extremely polite and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Manchester, yet peaceful and quiet rooms. We slept very well in exquisite beds. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Highly professional staff will make you feel at ease from the first moment of your arrival.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. On top of the list is the staff! Immie at the front desk deserves a special mention for the kindness and help getting us set up after our overnight flight to Manchester.
