Perfect for what we needed! Situated across the road from Piccadilly station and shopping mall so ideal if traveling in by train! Close to a tram stop and close walk to the city circle. Room with bathroom was small but very clean and lovely decorated. All the staff we saw were lovely!! So helpful, accommodating and up for a laugh! Breakfast was simple but nice. Everything we needed was available. Made and taken back to our room! The pub doesn’t open until 12. So keep that in mind if arriving early and there are only steps to the rooms but we were offered to leave big bags downstairs if needed and the lovely staff helped carry them down for us when leaving! Pub is lovely, clean and English atmosphere! Beers were good!! Go there for a beer even if you’re not staying there!!!

Does what it says on the tin. Decent room (although no hanging space, not a problem for an overnight stay), clean, functional, decent size. Breakfast perfectly OK. Reasonable price. Perfect location. Literally across the road from Manchester Piccadilly.

Cracking little pub. Blonde lady was so friendly and charming , Recommended I tried the Guinness and it was decent for Manchester, will definitely call again the next time I cost Manchester for a pint . Nice selection on offer and nice friendly vibe

Lovely clean comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Stay totally let down by the "strange arrangements" ie letting ourselves in through the fire escape after our night in Manchester (only 11pm) and a self service breakfast we had to eat in our rooms - most peculiar!
