房間佈局合理，特大床很舒適，酒店服務也非常的棒，前台人員主動詢問並介紹當地路況，禮賓會幫泊車，看錯日期定了後一天的客房，前台管理人員還幫忙調整了訂單，入住感覺非常好，再續住了一晚。

Firstly, before leaving i ordered room service and i was not informed that i couldnt or shouldnt do this at that time. I ordered the salmon bagel on the menu with cream cheese and other ingredients and was brought a dry bagel with salmon i immediately told the staff serving food and was told breakfast kitchen was being closed and lunch kitchen wasnt open and she couldn’t help me. Secondly during my stay i received a scam phone call posing to be the hotel during my stay via the phone in the room and nobody knows that i got room service or my room number which the caller knew which means either the hotel staff are scammers or they are leaking information upon reporting this the staff instead of being concerned about the needed security measures told me i needed further proof which only they have access to (phone call is made from their phones). I was denied any form of compensation which is unacceptable considering how much I am paying for this service. This is thieving

Afternoon tea in the river room restaurant was lovely! Our waiter Denilson was great. Very attentive and polite, and looked after us very well Thank you!

Reception was outstanding, very clean and felt welcome. I had a really pleasant short stay. A Special mention to Kelly Nolan who was very polite and assisted my queries. She is definitely an asset to the company. I will definitely recommend a stay at The Lowry Hotel to all my friends and family.

Visiting our son who's just moved to Manchester I was looking for a hotel with parking and found The Lowry on secret escapes. We couldn't fault the hotel, lovely lady on reception the amazing superior room (419) with the view over the river, comfortable super king bed and everything in the room was fantastic quality. We had breakfast in the room, delivered on time and hot, the food was lovely. We normally have breakfast in the room and that's the best we've had, loved it came on a trolley that opened up to a table. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Manchester.

Just a brilliant hotel stay. Fabulous staff and very nice rooms. I just wish the hotel still did a fresh hot breakfast, rather than a help yourself buffet. Thats the only let down

Super stay. 5/10 minute walk to most parts of the city centre. Parking is £25 a day, opposite the hotel.

My husband and I attended the RE:TREAT spa at the Lowry on the 29/04/2024 and had couples bespoke massages by Holly and Sophia. Very relaxing and some of the best massages we’ve ever had. We would highly recommend.

Excellent service from the minute we arrived. The food was to a high standard and the Prosecco was good. Our waiter Denilson was very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a lovely relaxed afternoon tea and highly recommend it.
