Nice hotel with great location and beautiful environment Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs The only drawback is that like most hotels in the UK, they do not provide toothbrushes and slippers. I went out and bought them separately after checking in at night. Others are very satisfied

To be honest, the front desk is generally cold when you check in, but the front desk when you check out is quite enthusiastic. The hotel is clean and sanitary in general, and the location is great. You can walk to art galleries, train stations, shopping malls, and Chinatown, and you are right on the urban rail. The transportation at the station is unbeatable, and there is a small safe. Overall, the best value for money.

Not bad...

Had a couple of nights of rough sleep because of a combination of noisy neighbours and the room getting too hot and stuffy. The staff were absolutely lovely and did everything they could to help, giving me another room to help with the noise, but it's a losing battle against the poor facilities. The thermostat was broken and, when it was fixed on the second day, it turned out that the A/C would turn off automatically in the middle of the night anyway. So I woke up multiple times and tossed around in the *toasty* bedding, turning the A/C back on or opening the window, but then with the window open there was more noise coming from outside as well as smells, which again disturbed my morning sleep. The location is excellent though, lots of public transport, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

We were given a rather dark room but got a much lighter one immediately when we asked. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and very nicely decorated.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Good bed and shower. Great value for money in the City Centre.

cleanliness was the best and everyone was so nice about everything and it made me feel very welcome and happy. the stay was great, beds are very comfortable.

Location was excellent, really enjoyed our stay. Only one fault and that was that only one pillow was provided that was extremely soft.

Room is on the smaller side but did us well for 1 night as the bed was very comfy and good TV. I would describe this hotel as a high-end budget hotel due to having no iron, few toiletries, no sockets near a mirror and the hotel unfortunately only offers a continental breakfast with no hot items included which wasn't specified to us. However overall a very good stay for the price and helpful staff.

Quiet and in the center of everything in Manchester. Easy access to public transport to Old Trafford. Perfect for a weekend in Manchester to watch a United match.
