The room was clean and the services were excellent.

The hotel's location served our trip's purpose perfectly, and the buffet was truly outstanding. It offered a wide array of food options, all included in the hotel's charges. I would enthusiastically choose this hotel for future stays.

It was a good location and a nice stay with a good breakfast spread.

Quite noisy as rooms near road A bit too warm. Would appreciate air conditioner

We went to watch a football match at Manchester City Stadium, which is close to the venue. The breakfast is rich and worth trying

The hotel pictures show a hotel that seems to have been modernised however once you step through the front door you realise that the only modernisation was the bedboard and its back wall. The shower kept going hot and cold, the bed linen had stains, the bath mat has stains and the hallways has a smell of musk. There was also no interior locks on the door and the overall appearance of the hotel was very run down. I paid £80pn as i was desperate and this seemed a good deal for manchester however i would not stay here again. I dont like leaving feedback like this but either the pricing needs to be changed or the above points need to change.

This hotel is really lovely and clean. Such good value for money. Breakfast was fabulous too. Such a good location as right next to bus stops to get into central manchester. Will definitely be staying again!

Room wasnt cleaned properly, have sent email to hotel directly but no reply as of yet. We stayed sat 16th march. All bedding was duck feathers which i personally have an allergy to and no alternative bedding was available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Room and bed were comfy and staff friendly and helpful. No decent eating places close by only a KFC and an Aldi and a Tesco

From checking in to checking out All staff we saw were excellent helpful polite and hard working Little bit of tlc in rooms but every think we needed and more we had Ample parking Bus route near by

Furniture was a bit dated and worn. The smell in the corridor was not pleasant, again damage to walls, scrapes etc. chairs in the dining room / breakfast area not particularly clean and often showing signs of age.

I was a solo traveller this time and was a bit anxious staying on my own, but i had no need it was comfortable from the point of parking quite open lit up, my room was lovely bed very comfortable (i want to know what matress and bedding they use) i slept very well staff were very helpful but im afraid i dont know what the breakfast was like as i never had time for it as slept in xx

Easy to check in. Excellent staff and service. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable room.
