Nice hotel but very difficult to get to after a concert

Great hotel! Location is amazing with Trafford Center so close. Great parking space only £3 per night.

Great service at check-in and a special shout out to Mia who is a great ambassador to excellent customer service. Gave me a quiet room and also went the extra mile and wrote down directions of Manchester United stadium (and tram), even though I didn't ask for them. Gold star employee in my opinion. Very good experience! I love the Croissant here! So delicious! If it provides the slipper, that would be better.

Arrived and room was tidy but there was blood on the bed sheets. Despite informing reception nothing was done. I even went to reception again and no one did anything. My wife called when I arrived home. Twice no one called me back!! Customer service not great. They then advised they would issue a refund but I am still waiting ?

Nice hotel with nice breakfast Clean and near a big shopping mall

Great budget hotel in a perfect location. Only a stone throw away from the Trafford centre and very accessible to/from Manchester Piccadilly station. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities including an iron! Only let down would be the breakfast as there are not many options. Vegan alternatives are available on request.

Very nice hotel for a great experience with a great view!

Literally a short walk to the Trafford Centre and the tram stops so easy access to city centre too. Staff were lovely and accommodatingto our needs. The rooms were bigger than expected and lovely big shower. There was free WiFi and every room had ac and plenty of energy outlets. Breakfast was included and was of a very good quality. I would definitely stay again.

Great location with good location. Within 30mins walk to Old Trafford which is good considering the traffic condition after the match.

Made a brief stop on our way back to London from Liverpool and found this hotel very convenient with free parking and a huge shopping mall nearby. Clean and modern. Great breakfast.

A nice place

Amazing staff - Nice clean rooms and showers - great facilities with a big lounge area! Breakfast staff were brilliant! However Extra Special thanks to Ian Keating - exceptional customer service!
