Do not waste your money!
When I arrived there was a water leak in the room ceiling. There was no one in the reception, and the one I text on WhatsApp offered me another room in another hotel. When I asked her to arrange a taxi for me, she said no. I tried to refund my booking but I could not. When I told her, I need my money to sort another room myself, she refused. The only option she offered was another room in another hotel without paying a taxi (£25).
Do no waste your time, effort, and money with this unprofessional hotel team.
They steal your money and do not care about how you have to move because of their mistake.
