Anche se non dell’hotel, credo che l’intera struttura debba mantenere degli standard costanti e coerenti. Mi riferisco al bistrot del parco termale: in attesa per consumare, la ragazza dietro al banco, profondamente sotto stress per la preparazione di due semplici spritz, non si accorge della mia presenza e vedendo un pacchetto di patatine nelle mie mani (solo parte della consumazione che avrei richiesto) mi intima per pagarle di fare la fila, che nel frattempo si era formata (e che non c’era al mio arrivo) per pagarle. Le stagioni come operatori non sono semplici,capisco, ma il tatto, l’educazione e la capacità di reggere i carichi di lavoro sono caratteristiche fondamentali, specialmente in una struttura di questo livello.

La fortuna della struttura sta' nell'essere costruita attorno alla fonte di Saturnia, il resto deve essere rivisto, rifatto non si possono avere 6 piscine idromassaggio funzionanti al 50% non si possono avere le docce emozionali, nebulizzanti non funzionanti La stanza? ci hanno detto che era stata ristrutturata, si, ma in quale anno? si poteva omettere che fosse stata ristrutturata......ho provato a sollevare le zanzariere per fare delle foto, fate pulire anche quelle.....

Il posto è incantevole ed ha il potere di proiettarti in un'altra realtà fin quando hai la possibilità di starci… detto ciò, il ricordo che avevo meritava 5 stelle, ma alcuni dettagli non mi permettono di darne altrettante questa volta. Il calore con il quale eravamo stati accolti la prima volta che siamo andati (dal desk alla lettera di ringraziamento e benvenuti nella stanza, alla bottiglia di champagne con le fragole e la cioccolata)… dettagli… ma quei dettagli che fanno la differenza. Le docce emozionali - quelle con le luci soffuse che cambiano colore - erano quasi tutte fuori uso; la navetta per andare al ristorante l'abbiamo aspettata per un po' troppo tempo e la nostra andata via non è stata proprio morbida… con un'attesa piuttosto lunga per poter recuperare i bagagli. Tutto il resto è stato molto bello, ma ha tolto un po' di magia al ricordo precedente, per rimpiazzarla con un po' di ordinarietà.

È un posto che era molto bello ma ora è molto datato e per il prezzo che si paga che è veramente alto è assurdo che non ristrutturano e rinnovano i bagni delle camere che sono veramente datati i pavimenti e le docce davvero vecchi e non trasmettono pulizia ! Alla reception si trovano spesso persone professionalmente non preparate come dovrebbero in una struttura così cara !

I was hospitalized once and had really good insurance so I was treated like a king. Even that can’t compare to how well we were treated at the resort. Every second of every day we were relaxed and cared for. If you’re staying in Saturnia and not staying here then you’re probably making a mistake.
