Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Nice location too but it's difficult to find restaurants nearby for food

Situated on a main road, the hotel is easy to find but a bit far from the Royal Palace compound. Although it is next to the Mandalay railway station, there is no train service to anywhere. Bearing in mind, there’s no public transport in the city, you need to call a taxi or tuktuk motor car to go around. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic.

The room is very clean, the service staff is very good, the food is pleasant and delicious.

Good service

I stayed in a deluxe room. The room environment is also good. There are three elevators, which is convenient. The hotel is safe as there is always a security guard on the first floor.

The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled.

It was quiet and near the moat.

The superior room is small but enough to live in. All amenities and facilities are just fine but one small thing, no provide breakfast but there are many restaurant around the hotel. The bath room with magic mirror is very nice and impressive. I sure to come back and stay in this hotel.

I stayed here again for two nights, the hotel is convenient to the building and to some local cuisine restaurants. The rooms are super spacious, quite clean even if the carpet is stained. Complete courtesy set. Breakfast a little sparse due to the few rooms occupied. Very helpful and professional staff. Price ok for the service

Although I only stayed at the hotel for a short time, it was nice to have a really clean and comfortable trip. In particular, I had to apply for a tour near the Mingun/U Bein Bridge, and the hotel was very kind enough to help me find out. A taxi to Mandalay International Airport the next morning was perfectly booked, so I traveled comfortably. It was a fun trip :)
