We arrived very late on the first day due to flight delays and did not notice that we were put in a room much worse than we had booked. Turns out they have "different rooms" under the same name. You can see the quality of the issued room on the photo. The hotel's diligence to charge 20% on top of any "helping" service is also hilarious. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will certainly not go there again. PS the only plus was the chef who cooks wonderful Chinese dishes (actually only they are on the menu)."

"The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help, especially manager Sarah who speaks perfect English, which is not often in Myanmar, she did help us a lot during our stay. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The problems were quickly eliminated: our room faced the swimming pool where people were smoking and the smoke went to the room. Next morning we moved to another room. I did not see any insects in the hotel. The only inconvenience is the cards - they have to be used in the elevator, so if you left without the card - you'll have to wait for someone to help you."
