Nice hotel, friendly staff, overall a great place to stay, breakfast and lunch was good, relished the taste of ***galore food

Good staff, nice stay but the food was costly so we have to commute daily in city to buy food. Everything else was right on point

Bathroom cleaning is poor. Bathroom fittings are broken. Room phone doesn’t work. Room cleaning means washing the coffee glasses in the bathroom and keep it back on the coffee table. Coffee flask broken. Overall ok to stay as it is close by to all the places.

Everything is good. My only concern is wifi speed is very bad. Other than that everything is cool. Room is really good. Room has got refrigerator AC good room lighting everything looks good. Would rate around 3.5 to 4⭐

Room is good but restaurant food is average and staff are leggy. And as per booking dinner or lunch is full in hotel scope but only 300 rs benifit is given in dinner and lunch and inform to people after reaching at hotel.

The room is impressively spacious, tidy, and equipped with all necessary amenities. What's even more appealing is the budget-friendly aspect. Compared to other hotels charging upwards of 5k for a similar setup, this one comes at half the price. While one may have infinite expectations, this hotel fulfills the essentials of a comfortable and convenient stay. I would highly recommend it to both family and friends.

The rooms very spacious, they had kept water and bed was made. Looked clean. Soap and shampoo were kept. Bathroom was smelly, and tub was dirty. No hot water in the morning. Room service was available. But housekeeping was not picking up phone. I have to call the reception and get there attention. The bed sheet was dirty at the edges not washed properly. The staff was nice and courteous.

Good rooms. Not a good service. Not very cooperative staff. You can look for some other better options

Has always been a favorite because of the large rooms, ample parking, decent food, ac location in the room (away from the face. However, was disappointed this time because of a few reasons. House keeping wasn’t available to take the bags and we decided to take them up ourselves rather than wait. The place has started to look a little dated. There was a strong pungent odour in the parking as well as in the room. The phone in the room wasn’t working and so ended up ordering via swiggy multiple times. The housekeeping staff were punctual and kept the rooms neat. However, the restaurant ***ager (the one who took the orders) was lax and while the waiter kept asking him to come to me to take the orders, he didn’t bother. Also, when i told him there is an issue in calling from the room, he asked that i inform the reception. I hope he realises that it’s the restaurant that loses business when people are unable to call and not the hotel. The person who helps with the parking is excellent and i have seen him to be very helpful from the onset of the hotel. So mixed feelings this time.
