Hospitable staff, decent rooms and all amenities working. Searched a lot before i decided on moti mahal. Having access to the swimming pool was an added bonus!

Simply fabulous the staff the room which the hotel upgraded to a suite. Excellent service so centrally situated. We have to extend by 12 hours which we have to pay as our travel is at 2 am monday. Thanks mmt good choice

Located in the central part of the city, very good food, amenities, housekeeping and room service. Parking facility is also good.

Rooms were good but several issues were unaddressed 1. AC not working properly (With 40+°C in ***galore AC was working slower than fan)
2. The hot water was not in the bathroom The same discussed with the service boy.
3. The initial offered room which was not selected by me. They werent proactive about the shortage of room until I didn't approach them to change the room which I selected one week prior
4. The hotel was decent but the service was lacking in my 5 days stay.
5. My entire team stays in the same hotel and me too will stay in the coming days..

The first day when we visited the hotel there was pest control issue in the hotel room, the hotel offered to change the room but it was with a centralized ac with no option to control temperature, we didn't make a big issue of the matter, the next day early morning when my mother went to take bath the wet floor was slippery due to not cleaning the bathroom properly, she had a fall and hurt her fingers which are swollen, the tv in the room was not working properly, there was also no hot water coming in the room, on 19th evening there was dirty brown water coming out of tap in the room. We contacted make my trip and the hotel, make my trip told us the hotel would provide a resolution but we received no such help, neither did we receive any help from make my trip.

Moti mahal is historically a good hotel. It has got a lot of per***ent customers like myself. Food here is excellent. Rooms need a bit makeover but maintenance is good.

There are different standard of rooms. Some are old rooms and some have renovated. Needs some renovations in room.

The room condition is really pathetic. Horrible front-end staff. Overall experience was really bad. They have to work on rest rooms, ac conditions and the bed too. Only good thing food.
