Metro Plaza Hotel

Do not book this hotel and waste your money like we did. Learnt it the hard way. The only decent thing about it is that it is near to railway station. It is a completely rundown hotel. We unfortunately booked the hotel by seeing other reviews, but we ran out of the hotel just 15 minutes after checking in. We had booked the junior suite and the room was very small and nothing like a suite. The sofa did not have sponges in them and we could almost feel the wooden structure underneath us. They had just sprayed the room with hit so there were dead cockroaches all over the room corners and underneath the tables. I am sure if we had stayed the night, we would have seen alive cockroaches as well. The corridors outside the rooms are dingy with no light and dirty and smelly. Just outside our room was a laundry room where the cleaners sat and ate and slept openly (Yes we saw all this in the 15 minutes we were there) and there were dirty beds kept outside on corridors. This place is not value for money in any sense. We lost our money but you guys don't. Learn from us and do not book this place. There are lot of good options in ***galore.

It was a decent stay of 2 nights for us in ***galore, starting from reception and all the staffs are very polite and well groomed. Room and bathroom is very neat and tidy. Breakfast is pretty decent. Hotel is very close to the city center point which is the added advantage. There plenty of food options available within the walkable vicinity. Overall we had very comfortable stay.

We had Decent Stay Here. Rooms are neat & Clean. Staffs are Friendly, So Cooperative. Bath rooms Old But neatly Maintained. Hotel is close to Central Railway Station as well as Private Bus Stand. Very close to the city which makes travelling more convenient.

We stayed here for 3 days, it was a good hotel and clean room. Location is very good and easily accessible to all the places.. All the staffs are very polite and friendly. Breakfast was decent, food is good but only room service no dinning. Over worth the money..

During our recent stay we happen to stay in Metro plaza, we had amazing stay here. Room and bathroom is very good and clean. It a walkable distance from central station which is also a city centre. Hospitality provided by the staffs are best experience here..
