春節期間房費真的是翻了感覺應該快10倍。房間一般般。是這6天來住的體驗感最不好的一家。

房間寬敞，屋內乾淨，整潔。交通方便，房東熱情，很快解決問題。

房子很乾凈，廚房也乾淨，老闆給的指示比較清楚，老闆響應也及時。
小區門外有免費停車位，走進小區也不遠，小區院內停車封頂15元，也不貴。就是白天出去晚上回來晚了找停車位費勁，就停在了離小區門口稍遠一點的地方走回的小區。
小區位置稍偏僻但是對於自駕無所謂，因為芒市很小，打車去景點也沒多少錢。
小區門口好幾個超市，買東西方便。
房子整體性價比很高

廚房很大，方便自已動手弄幾個家鄉菜。房間乾淨整潔，是因為下雨，太陽能的熱水器沒有熱水。

居住非常舒適，適合一家人旅遊居住，如果有長者，不建議入住，離遊玩的地方遠點，出入都需要打車。還有就是趕上潑水節，價格有些小貴。
