"I don't know how it got ranked number one among high-end hotels in the system. There are still many issues with the hotel's details. Rooms can't be more than 500 yuan. Service: Aside from the guy next to me who was willing to chat a bit during check-in, everyone else... well, that's about it. I didn't experience any service at all. The coffee and drinks included in the package were served by a cold-blooded bartender. The weather was 20 degrees Celsius, so the service was just very chilly. Facilities: The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. An owner who seems to want to run a good hotel clearly doesn't understand the art of pillows. I can only say, good luck to the owner. Facilities: By the way, is the underground parking lot your property? If so, please clean it up; you could grow crops on it."

"Ambience: Southeast Asian style, with beautiful greenery. The central pool is perfect for photo ops. Service: The airport pick-up driver was very welcoming. The luggage attendant delivered the luggage to the room and greeted us every time we met. Facilities: Relatively new, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. Surroundings: The night market is very close, perfect for evening strolls. The soundproofing is surprisingly good, and the noise from the night market nearby is barely noticeable."

"The resort is spacious, with attentive service. We booked the Hot Spring Superior Twin room. The perks included were very thoughtful: the stocked mini bar, access to the hot pool, breakfast, and airport transfer. We communicated mostly via WeChat. Front desk was attentive, helping us arrange a daytrip driver to Ruili, and sorting out places to eat. Although the place is away from the city centre, it is equipped with a restaurant and massage parlor nearby. The closeness to the airport and the noise may be a concern for some."

"Location: Located in the old city center of Mangshi, within walking distance of attractions such as Bodhi Street, Tree-wrapped Pagoda, and popular restaurants. 400 meters from Bingwu Street morning market. Parking: Located across the street, it's a partner parking lot of the hotel. Rooms: Perhaps due to previous experience staying at Wanda Vista hotels, I wasn't familiar with the Mei Hua series. This hotel is below Ji Hotel and Atour, but above Hanting. The room size is small, the facilities aren't exactly basic, but just average, and the cleanliness is poor. I was prepared to make do for one night, but when I returned to the room that evening, the smell of rotten chives hit me right in the face. Fortunately, the housekeeping manager was exceptionally helpful, which deserves praise. He consistently apologized for the guests' experience and promptly upgraded my room. Facilities: The hotel has many rooms, but only one elevator, which is ridiculous 😓. There are very few laundry machines, and there's always a line of laundry baskets. The restaurant looks upscale, but the variety is too limited."
